How Coaching Works
Aim Higher’s coaching methods are developed from the fields of neuroscience, adult learning and behavior, systems theory and success principals. Although a short coaching session can be arranged, maximum, sustained change takes place over time. So, Ms. Marshall prefers to work with clients for a minimum of 12 weeks.
Each week coach and client meet over the phone for approximately 45 minutes. The following diagram illustrates the typical coaching conversation that occurs multiple times throughout the coaching relationship.

Through this systematic approach, the coach becomes an accountability partner providing focus, challenge and positive feedback. Though the process is deceptively simple, the results are profound.
