Aim Higher was founded by Charlotte Marshall in 2002.
Charlotte brings more than 25 years experience in mentoring and coaching in
business and educational environments. She has been instrumental in the
growth and development of several businesses.
Charlotte’s education includes a Chemistry degree from
Rutgers University and coach certification from Results Coaching Systems.
Additionally, she has completed numerous trainings in team building and
leadership skills and more than 150 continuing education units from the
International Coach Academy, Results Coaching Systems and the International
Coach Federation.
Charlotte began her coaching career in Pennsylvania but
in 1999 was faced with a major life transition. Choosing to practice her
coaching skills on herself, she reinvented her life and moved 600 miles
north. Currently, with a home base in the mountains of western Maine,
Charlotte’s clients are located across the United States and range from
surgeons and chiropractors to corporate officers and business owners.
Ms. Marshall has a total belief in each person’s
ability to expand themselves and their performance and is dedicated to
assisting clients in achieving their very best. Charlotte establishes a
relationship with each client that fosters trust, setting the foundation for
meeting and exceeding their organizational, professional and personal
goals.
